We send emails to all of your customers asking them to rate their experience with your business.  A link in the email takes the customer to the review filter.

We create review business cards inviting people to rate your business.  You and your sales team can hand these out to customers.  The URL on the card also takes people to the review filter. 

We provide you with a custom link which can be used anywhere online (website, Facebook page, etc.).  This link invites people to rate their experience with your business, and takes them to the review filter. 


We provide you with a custom reactive email signature that invites people to rate their experience with your business each time they receive an email from you, and takes them to the review filter. 
Review filter
Customer rates their experience from 1 to 5 stars.  We set this up on a custom web page for you.   This does NOT take place on a review site.  This is important because if a customer is unhappy, the last thing you want to do is send them to a review site.
 
Ratings of 3 stars or below are not posted online.  Instead you get an immediate email notification.  You have the opportunity to correct the problem and turn negative ratings into 4 and 5 stars.
